About This Boat
Half day and 3/4 day open party trips from Santa Barbara Landing on the Stardust and Coral Sea for calico bass, lingcod, rockfish, sheephead, halibut and white seabass.
Stardust Sportfishing runs two boats from Santa Barbara Landing at 301 West Cabrillo Boulevard in the Santa Barbara Harbor. The 65 foot Stardust carries a limited load of about 30 anglers. The 58 foot Coral Sea is a limited load boat with up to 25 on its 3/4 day trips.
The Stardust runs a half day trip on Wednesdays along the Santa Barbara coast, where most spots are 10 to 30 minutes from the harbor. It goes 3/4 day Thursday through Tuesday from March 1 to December 31. The Coral Sea runs 3/4 day trips every day. The longer trips fish from the west end of Santa Cruz Island to the west end of Santa Rosa Island, or along the coast from Ventura to San Augustine when the weather keeps them in. Expect rockfish, lingcod, whitefish, sheephead, halibut, white seabass, calico and sand bass, bonito and barracuda.
