About This Boat
Family-run party boat out of Point Lookout, Long Island running fluke trips in summer and full day sea bass, porgy and blackfish trips in fall.
The Super Hawk is a family-operated party boat that has sailed from Point Lookout, Long Island since 1988. It docks at the public dock at 1501 Lido Boulevard, on the south side of the basin, and parking there is free.
From late May into early October the boat drifts the reefs, humps and channel edges off Point Lookout, Jones Inlet and East Rockaway for fluke. In the fall it switches to full day trips. Offshore wreck trips target big sea bass and porgies, with bonito and pollock at times, and leave at 6 am in October and 5 am in November. A few 4 am wreck trips run on set dates. Full day blackfish trips leave at 6 am. Fall trips are limited and need a reservation, made by phone with a credit card.
