A 60 foot air conditioned drift boat sailing from Hypoluxo near the Boynton Beach Inlet on 4 hour reef trips for snapper, kingfish, mahi and more.
Living On Island Time is a 60 foot walk around drift fishing boat at the Palm Beach Yacht Center in Hypoluxo, just south of West Palm Beach. The marina sits on Federal Highway between Hypoluxo Road and Gateway Boulevard, close to the Boynton Beach Inlet, so the run out to the fishing is short. Captain John Schulz and his wife Sandra own and run the boat.
Trips are 4 hours and go out every day, 8 AM to noon and 1 to 5 PM. Wednesday and Saturday add a night trip from 6 to 10 PM, and Tuesday afternoon is a 6 hour trip from 1 to 7 PM. Catches change with the season and include yellowtail and mutton snapper, vermilion snapper, kingfish, mahi, amberjack, cobia, wahoo and the odd sailfish.
