The American Patriot is a 135-foot custom motor yacht departing from Rose Marina on Marco Island, Florida. Powered by triple Caterpillar C-18 engines and carrying 5,000 gallons of fuel, she is purpose-built for multi-day deep-sea fishing expeditions to the Dry Tortugas, Pulley Ridge, and the Bahamas.

Trips range from 3-day Dry Tortugas runs fishing at 100 to 300 feet to 5-day Pulley Ridge and Beyond expeditions deep-dropping at 450 to 1,000 feet for Blueline Tilefish, Golden Tilefish, Snowy Grouper, Warsaw Grouper, Queen Snapper, and other deep-water species. Bahamas trips target Yellowfin Tuna. Methods include conventional bottom fishing, deep dropping, slow pitch jigging, vertical jigging, and trolling during transit.

Three meals per day are prepared by the onboard chef, including hors d'oeuvres before dinner, fresh fruit, snacks, soft-serve ice cream, and beverages in the lounge. The 36-bunk sleeping quarters are kept at 68 degrees with two full restrooms featuring freshwater showers. The spacious lounge features DIRECTV and 110-volt charging outlets.

Bait is provided on all trips. Tackle rental is available through Reel Play Fishing Rentals. Fish cleaning services are offered at the end of each trip. Arrive 2 hours before departure for boarding and safety orientation.
