Sailfish Fishing Charters

The fastest fish in the ocean, capable of speeds over 68 mph. Sailfish are identified by their spectacular dorsal fin (sail) and are found in warm Atlantic and Gulf waters. South Florida is considered the sailfish capital of the world, with peak season from November through April. Known scientifically as Istiophorus platypterus.
