The fastest fish in the ocean, capable of speeds over 68 mph. Sailfish are identified by their spectacular dorsal fin (sail) and are found in warm Atlantic and Gulf waters. South Florida is considered the sailfish capital of the world, with peak season from November through April.

A powerful deep-water predator found worldwide in temperate and tropical oceans. Swordfish are typically caught at night using specialized deep-drop techniques with lights. They are one of the most highly valued food fish and can exceed 1,000 pounds.
