M/V Blue Fin

Smith & Sons Charters operates the M/V Blue Fin from 231 West Brazos Street in Freeport, Texas, serving anglers from the greater Galveston and Houston areas. The boat heads out into the Gulf of Mexico to fish the offshore reefs, platforms, and structure that hold a tremendous variety of game fish year-round.

Target species include red snapper, grouper, amberjack, king mackerel, cobia, and other Gulf reef and pelagic species. The Freeport area sits close to productive offshore structure, keeping run times manageable and fishing time high on every trip.
