Walk-on open boat fishing on Long Island Sound from the Glen Cove ferry terminal, with day, sunset and overnight porgy trips.
Never Enuff Fishing runs its open boat trips from the Glen Cove Ferry Terminal at 73 Garvies Point Road in Glen Cove, New York. The fleet includes the Never Enuff III, Never Enuff Patriot, Never Enuff Freedom and Never Enuff Express. Their Queens dock at World's Fair Marina is for private charters only.
The day trip runs 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. seven days a week for porgies, sea bass and blackfish. Adults pay $100 and kids 12 and under pay $25. On Saturday nights there is a sunset trip from 5:30 to 10 p.m. for $70. On Friday nights the vampire porgy trip leaves at 11:59 p.m. and gets back at 7 a.m. for $100. Depending on where the fish are, the ride out can be 30 minutes or up to two and a half hours. Through the season they fish for striped bass, bluefish, fluke, porgies, sea bass and blackfish.
