Boats leave from Little River Landing on Watson Avenue in Little River, SC, and from Hurricane Fleet Marina in Calabash, NC. Your confirmation email says which dock, and no boats leave from the main office on Highway 17.
The half day headboat trip is 4.5 hours and fishes 3 to 10 miles out. It leaves at 9 AM, with boarding at 8:30. Expect black sea bass, porgies, flounder, blues and sharks. Adults are $55 and kids 12 and under are $45. The Gulf Stream trip on the Hurricane II runs 6:30 AM to 6 PM and goes 35 to 50 miles out for grouper, beeliners, grey snapper, triggerfish and big sea bass. Tickets are $145, ages 10 and up, with up to 75 anglers.
