Hurricane II

The Hurricane Fleet has been operating out of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina since 1948, making it one of the longest-running fishing fleets on the East Coast. Offering a range of trip lengths from half-day excursions to extended 11.5-hour Gulf Stream trips, there is an option for every angler and budget, with fares starting at just $55 per person.

Half-day trips target nearshore species on the reefs and wrecks close to shore, while the longer Gulf Stream runs venture far offshore to where the warm currents bring in pelagic species. Target species include sea bass, snapper, grouper, king mackerel, mahi-mahi, and many more depending on the season and trip length.

The fleet also operates dolphin watching cruises for families and groups looking for a non-fishing adventure on the water. Every fishing guest receives a free shark tooth souvenir, a fun touch that kids especially enjoy.
