Air conditioned party boat sailing from Destin Harbor, FL, on 4 to 18 hour Gulf bottom fishing trips for snapper, mingo and triggerfish.
The Destin Princess sails from the Destin Fishing Fleet Marina at 210 Harbor Blvd on Destin Harbor. Her sister boat, the 72 foot Destiny, runs the same trips from the same dock. Both boats have air conditioning and separate men's and women's restrooms.
Trips run from 4 to 18 hours. The 4 hour trip is meant for kids and beginners and fishes 8 to 10 miles out in 80 to 100 feet of water. The 6 hour trip goes up to 15 miles and is the most popular. The 8 hour trip runs about 20 miles to 150 to 220 feet of water, the 10 hour about 25 miles, and the 12 hour about 30 miles into water past 280 feet. Longer 14 and 18 hour trips, for ages 13 and up, go after bigger fish in deeper water.
