Hubbard's Marina is a family-run fishing business at 170 Boardwalk Place East on the John's Pass Boardwalk in Madeira Beach, Florida. The main party boats are the Friendly Fisherman, an 80 foot boat that usually runs the 5 and 10 hour trips, and the Florida Fisherman II, a 75 foot catamaran with bunks and showers for the long trips. The 12 hour Extreme trip goes out on the Flying HUB 2, which takes 16 people.
The 5 hour half day leaves at 8 AM, with a 1 PM trip added when the morning boat fills. It fishes 9 to 12 miles out in 30 to 50 feet of water for mangrove snapper, porgies, black sea bass and hogfish. Adults pay $84.95, seniors $76.46 and kids 3 to 11 $44.95. The 10 hour all day trip is $139.95. The Friday night trip runs 12 hours, 25 to 35 miles out, mostly for mangrove snapper, for $184.95.
