Party boats out of Point Judith and Galilee have short runs to some of the most productive striper water on the East Coast. The rips off Point Judith are a major holding area where currents sweep bait across rocky bottom, creating feeding stations that big stripers use year after year. Block Island Sound is another prime area, with fish stacking up around the island's boulder fields and along the current edges.
