The Captain's Lady is a 70 foot Lydia boat that ties up at Paskey's Wharf in Bowers Beach, Delaware. Capt. Bob Trowbridge and Capt. Willie Trowbridge run her with a crew of five mates. The family grew up in Bowers working on boats and docks, and the boat is certified for 82 passengers.
The open head boat leaves at 7 AM and comes back around 2:30 PM, fishing the Delaware Bay. Their fishing reports show flounder, trout, croakers and kingfish through the summer, black drum in late spring, and bluefish, spot and the odd triggerfish mixed in. They also hold oyster cracker tournaments on set Sundays from June to September.
